“The Secret” by Rhonda Byrne is an easy read with a very inspirational message. It’s a wonderful tool to use with your sales team especially in today’s marketplace. The Great Secret is based on the law of attraction. We attract what we think. Your current thoughts will create a self-fulfilling prophesy. If your thoughts are negative you will receive negative results if your thoughts are positive you will receive positive results.
The book also focuses on getting you to visualize what you want which is something powerful you can use with your sales teams. The author encourages you to create memory boards of the life you want to create for yourself.
I’ve given this book as a gift to my agents and they always come back and thank me profusely after reading it. I’ve also conducted several “lunch and learns” where I play the video to the book. After every showing I notice a shift in thinking with our agents. They are more inspired, more empowered, and best of all have a better understanding of gratitude in their life.
