Jodi Tate, the daughter of former Wake Forest University head football coach Bill Tate brings a presentation style that is filled with action,humor, and real life situations that everyone can relate to. She is the General Manager of Coldwell Banker Triad, Realtors, a multi office full service real estate company in North Carolina. With 18 years of "real life real estate" and an "in the trenches" mentality, Jodi knows her focus is building and leading a satisfied,productive, and profitable team. She is a nationally certified trainer for Coldwell Banker Corporation, National Association of Realtors, and the North Carolina Real Estate Commision. Jodi knows you must grab life and all it has to offer everyday!
Michelle Amador brings over 20 years of management,coaching,consulting, and sales experience. She has grown and managed one of the top real estate teams in the country where they ranked #3 in closed units nationally! She has extensive experience working with builders and developers holding the coveted MIRM designation. Michelle joined Coldwell Banker Triad, Realtors in 2004 and has turned a struggling branch office to stellar success in 3 short years. Doubling in size and outperforming the local marketplace in 2007, Michelle knows you must lead a sales organization with vision,passion, and energy. She believes you must always "think outside of the box" to keep meeting your goals and inspiring your sales associates in good times and challenging ones.
Jodi and Michelle are the founders of Twisted Sisters Consulting Group,LLC., a strategic management, coaching, and success organization. They are coauthors of a how to booklet series called "Flying Bullets...When to Dodge 'Em, Take 'Em, or Run!" The first in the series is scheduled for release later this year. Topics addressed in this entertaining and short format will be 1)easy to master leadership skills, 2)team building, 3)successful sales cultures, 4)retention and recruiting, and 5)accountability and coaching systems.
